I'm trying to lose weight and so far so good. The most I've ever weighed was 231 and I'm now down to 207. I'm 32 years old and I want to be fit again like I was when I was in my mid-teens before I let myself go. I was like 150 something back then. My goal is to go back to that weight but at the same time I want to weigh 135 because I want to dunk a basketball and I read that Spud Webb was 5'7'' 135 when he won the slam dunk championship. So do you think that 135 is too skinny?
