Unfair Dismissal!! Do we have a case?

Our company is having redundancies at the moment...five out of 20 people are to go....this includes 2 managers, 2 departments and 18 employees. It looks like my manager is going to be one of the people to be made redundant and the other manager is going takeover both departments. He obviously has his employees that he worked with him before so obviously cause they are his "BUDDIES"... i feel and others feel in our department ...we will be unfairly represented cause he will choose his "BUDDIES" over us!!...it wont be based on our ability!!...do we have a case for unfair dismissal?
