People with balance issues: How do you handle the need for snow and ice removal where you live?

I have a neighbor that does it for me (he does his for his handicapped wife) and he is more than happy to help me out for free and to thank him I bake him cookies for christmas...and also (I know it won't help you) but sometimes my parents (I live with mine) will shovel.
