Are the people from durango mexico white?

Some are. Some aren't. Most Mexicans are mestizos which now is a generic term for mixed Caucasian and Amerind. The next largest racial group are the Amerinds themselves followed by Caucasians. You will find a few Mongoloids whose ancestors arived from Asia in the past 120 years and possibly one or two blacks in the state of Durango.
