I think i may be 7 weeks pregnant?

hi all my period is over 3 weeks late and going by my lmp i am/would be 7 weeks pregnant.....the thing is i have taken to tests which came back neg im am feeling a little bit tired, increased discharge,i have started to get headaches espeially in the late afternoon,i am going to the toilet a little bit more than usual and i have gained 5 pounds in the past month,my arent sore or tender which i heard is supposed to happen they have gotten a little bit fuller looking and some times very rarely i get a tingling sensation and i have more prominent veins in them othe than that and no nausea.....i dnt know what to do im so confused i will go to the doctor but should i wait till my next period is late???i have been refraining from alcohol since i suspected but people are wondering why i havnt gone out in over a month i dont know what to do if ia m pregnant this is my first oh yeah and past couple of days i have more gas than usual but it could of been something i am eaing that isnt agreeing with me...any help please to whats going on with my body....
