I have a cat that is nearly 1 year old, I feed her 2 pouches of whiskers a day is this enough?

I've found that with most cats you can leave food out for them all the time. Where dogs will tend to eat a whole bag of food if you put it out for them (like they'll never get another meal!), cats seem to eat when they're hungry. You may want to consider getting some dry food that she can nibble on whenever she needs a snack.
