I am 37 weeks pregnant. My doctor says I have a funnel shaped cervix. Anyone else and what does it mean?

Just a guess, because I have never heard that term used before. But I would say that your cervix is larger internally, than it is closer to externally. Meaning that once you go into labor... You will either not dialate properly, or you will dialate, but the baby could get stuck in the birth c, forcing a C-Section.
