HIV and STDs! HELP! PLEASE!?

My partner's last risk was 11 months ago and got tested for HIV and STDs 2 months ago and tested negative, they retested 2 days later and again a month later, which came out negative. We had a few times. The last time I did anything was almost a month from now and I'm scared that I got or have something, although I have never done anything before what I did with my partner. Today I went to the doctor and told her I wanted to get checked for STDs and she gave me a sheet, went to the lab and took a urine test which will check for infections and a regular check. I was wondering if I am at risk for HIV or any STDs and how long will it take to get the results. I was also wondering what infections were they gonna test for because I said STDs but I was wondering if that includes HIV and main STDs. Please let me know fast. Thanks!
