Hey everyone I have a great Idea?

you know how we have the problem of overcrowding in prison because so many people are thieves and stuff well whenever someone robs a bank or mugs someone instead of paying to send them to jail lets just cut off their hand because think about it it might seem barbaric and cruel but screw the geneva conventions and other human rights are stupid because if we did that there would be no repeat offenders and it would be cheaper just cut off the hand and let them go they cant hurt anyone or steal anything we should do the same thing with rapists to only we cut an extra part off too do you agree or disagree and say why saying its against the geneva conventions doesn't count because we should just tear that paper up
