Health advice plz??
You need to sleep at least 7 hours a day. If not it could made you to get more appetite. So you like eat a lot without hungry. If you work at daytime you can eat breakfast and lunch. But don't eat a lot on dinner time. Most important thing is you gotta move around after eating. If you don't move after eating you cannot burn any calories. Cannot burn calories means will gain weight. Take Metabolic Test(if you're not obesity insurance doesn't cover for it. It will cost $ 75 I think). That test will show how many calories you eat everyday and burns everyday. And also give your Metabolism rate.(fast, normal or slow) You said your weight is 120 lbs but what about your height? Check your BMI. My friends lost weight by drinking green tea. Too bad I don't know the brand. I'll ask them. :) They do lost weight. (I wonder for that.)
